Every order ships free with tracked express delivery. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days and typically arrive within 2–4 business days in the United States. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Returns — our 60-night guarantee
Use Foldevra every day for up to 60 nights. If your folds haven't started to soften, return it for a full refund — no questions asked and no restocking fee.
To start a return, email support@foldevra.com with your order number and we'll send you simple return instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the device.
Damaged or lost in transit?
Every order includes free shipping protection. If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us and we'll reship it free of charge.
